Hi,

Last week, in the screen where you see all the previous text messages, I swiped/deleted one of the text messages (i.e. a text message from John Doe). Since then, I cannot see John Doe in my previous text messages. However, if I start to type 'John Doe', I can find his text message in Universal Search.

Can someone tell me how I can get 'John Doe' back? Thanks.

You have the new WEB OS Version? I had this problem on the last one.But I havent had it since the update. Maybe I haven't checked but I haven't noticed, that's for sure.

Go to John Doe contact. Change his name to J Doe. Send him a text and it should come back. Afterwards you can change the name back if you like
