    im trying to download preware so i can restart my downloading in apps after getting my refirb in the mail. quick install isnt picking up my phone but i have no trouble putting music and stuff on

    in dev mode.

    I'm experiencing the same thing. It has to do with Palm Novacom not being installed. For some reason I can't Novacom installed my computer.

    yeah idk why its not working. its like the referb i have is blocking me. i just need to install preware and im good.
