I wanted to see if other people are having this issue with the palm pre. It has happened to me 3 times now where the phone will just lock up. The battery has more than 50% charge and pressing the power buttons do nothing. I have to take the battery out let the pre sit for a couple of minutes then the pre will turn back on.

I want to know if people think i should take it back to the store I'm getting close to the 30 day period where I can exchange it with out insurance.

Also my LCD when it get warm has slight color issues on the top left of the screen.

I just don't know should I keep what I have in case the one I get is worse ?

I've had no issues of the sort, I'd say return it, you have a defective phone.
