So I took a call and spoke for about 1 minute. I hung up and now my Pre is completely locked up on the dialer screen. I can't even turn it off. Anyone know what I can do to safely reset?

Remove the battery cover and take out the battery.
That happened to me once, but I found that it wasn't completely locked up. I was able to hit the touchscreen voicemail button, and then after that call went through, I hung up and could dismiss the card
