    Hello all,

    I have yet to successfully download a tune from Amazon.

    I am:

    Connected to my wireless network
    Signed in to Amazon
    Have tried both the "one click" as well as "input your password" option

    I am able to download with Amazon on my computer just fine.

    I am able to see all of the Amazon music that is available to purchase on my Pre. I am also able to sample the songs just fine. The trouble comes in when I click the buy button for a song/album, it says: "Failed to complete that request. Try again."

    I've tried to sign out and sign back in, to no avail. Has anyone else faced this problem - and if so, how did you fix it?

    I was able to get it to work... In case anyone runs into the same problem, I had to set up a new Amazon account... for whatever reason, that did the click. Also, I'm not sure if this is necessary or not, but I went into the mobile site for Amazon using the web browser, and turned on mobile one-click ordering.

    Now, voila, the Amazon music app works on my Pre.

    I can confirm that I was also receiving the same error message. I did not have to create a new Amazon account (I just used my existing one), but I did have to log in and configure my 1-Click Settings. Once that was setup everything worked fine.
