Hey guys, not sure if anyone posted this before but here it is. I called palm support for help with exchange. The rep, while very nice, seemed to know nothing about the pre. I hung up and called my IT guy to fix my problem. When the survey came I responded honestly but it didnt show palm support in a very possitive light. So today I got a call from some senior support manager and he gave me a number to a line that they established just for pre users. He said I could pass it on so here you go. 888-239-7949. Hope this helps some of you that want a more educated service line. I havent called it yet but its nice to have just in case.
