While making calls through the supplied (or iphone) headphones with integrated mic, the mic audio is routed through the headphones. I can hear myself talk, it's very strange and annoying.

Anyone else experience this as well?

This is called Sidetone and is intended to let you know the other person can hear you.

Haven't you ever used a regular land line phone before? They do that too!

In fact one of the annoyances about most cel phones today is the lack of sidetone.
