    Support used to be so frustrating. I would often walk them through what I expect them to do for me. Now they know what to do and can truly get things done with the results I want. A great deal better.

    Yeah, I've been with Sprint for about 8 years myself. Never really had a problem with them, but I did notice the more attention I've been getting during my calls to CS. My only gripe was with the phone selection which since the Pre it isn't a problem.
