    I am having the exact same problem. ALthough didnt have the prob until 2nd day of owning the phone. The first day was great...i had no problems...and i thought man this device is rock solid. Then the second day occurred. Do you guys think it is a software issue or device issue? I would have to return the device to only get a device with more probs

    this is apparently a hardware issue

    At the Sprint Repair center now... They sais it is housed... They are replaing it. Take yours back everyone!

    Also having same issue starting 2nd day of use. I will be stopping by the sprint store today
