Is anyone having trouble launching the Sprint TV app? When I try to launch it it gives this error message: "An error was encountered when launching this application. Please contact Sprint Customer Care. (4001)"

I'm actually loving Sprint TV. I don't have issues with the quality maybe it's the channels i am watching but to me it a great thing to have.
