no no no no no... Call them back. Remember, Sprint is the company where 1 person says no, they transfer you to someone else, and that person says yes. It's all about who you talk to. Keep trying, don't give up. I like in a 3800sq ft house (roughly) and made sure I told her this, not no trailer home.. and I got mine for free. I just had to make sure my Airave's range could take care of me in my house, going through all the walls and stuff. I had to end up putting it towards the middle of the house, rather than off to one side. I get full bars on my Berry 8330, 8830, and had it on my Instinct, Touch Pro, Diamond, etc etc.
