Well I was eligible for an upgrade via premier customer and it even says it when i log into my account that i am eligible for the 150 off. Anyways, waited in line @ best buy so I can get the instant rebate and when the guy checked he says im only good for the 1 yr upgrade price. i'm like WTFFF. He told me even if i called sprint cs they wouldn't be able to change it on their systems. WHATEVER

long story short i went to a corp sprint store (where i shouldve just gone from the beginning) and got mine.

Anyone ran into this problem?

Oh yeah when i went back to give them back their ticket @ best buy, i guess they had to do all their activations through the phone b/c their systems were "down" As of 11 a.m. CDT @ that store they only activated 1 customer out of 10.
