I have tried...multiple times, even getting to the retentions department. They are quoting the T&Cs of the upgrade program that says " Here's how it works:You can save up to $150 on a hot new device, depending on the contract you choose and how long you’ve had service with the same device.
So, even though it was an warrenty, they are claiming that i have not had THIS device long enough. :-(
