That has been speculated about but not confirmed.

Got one today from Customer services. I guess he saw that I chatted with 2 different reps online....getting different info. Was frankly upset because my year end is 7/1/09.....and if I get a Pre...they don't wanna give me the 150 towards it...even when I WANTED to renew for another 2 years.........whats 24 days!!!!!

Obviously Customer Care (still outsourced to ACS?) is using an old script in their email handling software.

I find the best and quickest way to get any answers is to go through chat. That seems to be working right now.
