agreed. I've lost 150 dollars from sprint because my bills didn't get paid, when have the receipts to prove I paid the bill. I don't know where the money went. But I gave up when finally I couldn't get anyone to take care of me after a month and a half. I was calling centers, I was going in-store. It was a nightmare.

Then I almost lost another 300 dollars when I got my BB and they forgot to put my unlimited text back on. Thankfully I was able to be reimbursed for the money, and I got one month for free. Or I would have been long gone.

I didn't leave because of ECF. But in the last 6 months, sprint has heard there customers speak, and have watched them leave.

Customers service has gone up 10 fold in these last few months.
