So i just got my new unlocked Pre 2 today, and noticed the stock headphones nor any headphones dont fit inside the jack. Anyone know the reason or a suggestion?

The first time I used my head phones on the Pre 2, it took good push to get the jack into the phone. Right near the entrance to the hole there is a metal contact or pin that was not seated properly or something. After the first use, there was no problem.
