    My pre2 just lost service for no reason. It just says "searching..." on the top. Nothing has changed or was installed and it's not in airplane mode. This is the second time this has happened and I had to get a replacement last time. Any ideas?

    Power off the phone, let it sit for a couple of minutes and then turn it back on. If that doesn't work also check and see if WiFi is/isn't working. Also check with your carrier to see if they see something on their end...

    Also, after a reboot, you can go to the Device Info app, go to the "More Info" screen, and use the menu items for "Quick Tests..." and "Interactive Tests..."
