This was posted in other threads/posts to remove stock apps one needs to use the command line (novaterm, wterm, wosqi, etc...).
ipkg remove (module name)
to list use ipkg list find the app you wish to remove...
Fyi The apps are contained in the carrier.tar in the doctor, also ipkg will remove the files but not the directory structure, use rm -rf path to remove the directory...
