    hello I'm trying to unlock my palm pixi upgraded and bypassed my palm pixi activation screen its blocked and when i try to unlock it i get an error saying

    Process failed.50397700
    Please submit debug.bin info to your reseller
    Data collection error, check drivers I sent them a ticket but no response yet does anyone know why it's saying this

    No, no one does, Charles. Take it from me, NextGen will get back to you. They operate CET office hours. They don't work around the clock. If they don't, I will contact the developer himself for you.

    I'm going to try that what I do just put the phone in recovery mode and run it and yeah they only asked which version of the unlock I was using

    I did it on WebOS 1.4.5- It wouldn't work for me on anything lower. I also had to install a 32-bit Windows on my laptop in order to make it work properly (XP in this case, though apparently it works on Vista too. 7 is sadly right out).
