I just updated my Unlocked GSM to the latest software (1.13). Now I am having major problems trying to sync with Microsoft Exchange via Versamail. When I sync from VersaMail everything works fine. However when auto sync runs, the device resets and I get the message:
A reset was caused on #/##/## at ##:## pm while running "Bgnd Service":
Fatal Exception' in my reset log (#*377).
I have tried the procedures described at http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External2001,Case=obj(36541) and I don't think anything is wrong with my password like at http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External2001,Case=obj(35711)
Anyone have any idea. I can prevent this by disabling autosync, but I'd really like autosync. If I have to sync manually every time, whats the point?
