    I am having a problem using chattermail with my tmobile email account (The business account that accesses my work email). I am getting authentication problems when chattermail tries to login. I know the setup is working as I have used Snappermail with the same email box.

    Can someone let me know if there is a special setup needed to use Chattermail with Tmobile email?

    Chatter would use the same authentication as Snapper. Are you sure it's an authentication problem, by the way? Somebody else recently demonstrated a problem with TMO's mail service that was due to delays at the TMO end (up to 20 seconds or more in responding, which is beyond Chatter's timeout limit).
