I have the typical problem I've read about on this forum where my email worked great for a few weeks and then all of sudden when I tried to open VersaMail, the Treo 650 reboots. Based on what I've read on the Internet, I downloaded FileZ and have tried to delete the asc3 and asc4 files. However, I get the following error message when I try to delete these files: "This operation can't be performed on a card (Internal)." What am I doing wrong?

I figured out the problem myself....just in case anyone else needs to know, all I had to do was uncheck "ROM" in the upper right hand corner of the screen and it worked like a charm.
