Ok i got the tool and made the files.

Now how do i make the SD card installation like i have seen with all the other custom roms people have posted?

I searched but couldn't find.

First, Thank you Shadowmite for the wonderful tools! I've "customized" few times on my Treo 650. Before using the Custom ROM my storage space was left to less than 3MB, now I have about 7MB free!

now I'm in the same boat as "johnnytk36".
I've been using only the pre-built custom ROMs to take out & add files, how exactly can I install them onto my Treo?
