Hello forum...

I've got a Treo 650 that has been unlocked and updated to 1.28 so DUN is available. I think I've got everything set up properly... my PC sees the Treo as COM8 with DUN enabled. When I try to dial with my PC, the phone wakes up immediately, which tells me that the two are speaking. My PC appears to dial, and get to the "verifying username and password" stage. At that point, it times out, never getting any further.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Has anyone made DUN work successfully using Cingular? I'm dialing:

Username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Phone Number: **99***1#

As per Shadowmite's website. I'm desperate to make this work. Any thoughts?

Could you please share what you did to fix this? I'm experiencing the same problem - the treo wakes up, but the connection doesn't go beyond user verification.
