We have a E-mail server, presently I use my PC to dial the modem through land line vai PC modem and then receives my E-mail through Outlook.

Recently I have purchased treo 650, since this has the cabilty to dial and can also be used as a modem. Is it possible to dial my modem in the office and receive the E-mail via VersaMail.

Thanks in advance to let me know what all configuration or software is required.

You've no need to dial into the modem any longer; you just need the names of your Mail servers (POP or IMAP and SMTP). Then you can use your wireless GPRS service to logon to your Mail server and download your mail with an app like VersaMail.
