Well, when I have had configuration issues with my Treo 650, the Tier 2 T-Mobile tech support assisted me all the way. They did the same thing helping me my Motorola RAZR. Though these devices are officially "unsupported," T-Mo will do everything they can to help you.

In terms of hardware, that will be handled by PalmOne.
