Can't find it, but I thought "somewhere" there was posted a SD 1.23 firmware update. If anyone knows where, might you let me know?

I know how frustrating it is to wait for releases of new firmwares, when your expensive gadget doesn't work the way it should! This time I thought I could help others for a change!
I also understand the scepticism(?), I like to see proof too, if someone claims something like this. I just couldn't provide the screenshots earlier...

Gosh, I now realize I meant GSM 1.28 SD updater. Is there one? I do have the GSM 1.23 SD updater. [Thanks, anyway, Jetkins.]

I haven't seen an SD version of 1.28 anywhere yet. If anyone finds one, please PM me and I'll put it up on my site for all to share.

There is a link in the discussion to download the SD version. Looks like that the palmos.zip in 1.28 is the same as in 1.23!!! and only the firmware and some other small things have changed.....

I don't think that's true because the official P1 installer has file named "Treo650-palmos.zip" instead of "ace-palmos.zip"

besides there are people with new features in their Phone application (and Versamail ?)

Someone has got the SD version and they say they have successfully customized their ROM. I'm waiting to see if everything pans out first before I get up the guts to do mine.

I first upgraded my firmware with official updtae from P1. (no SD card update)
then I just did the romupdater of previous version (my custom rom from the 1.23 fw)

but there is another problem with customizing roms,
