What i'm looking for is a tool that refreshes all calendar entries.

The effect would be that each entry is forced to be synced.

I have switched sync from PalmDesktop to Lotus Notes.
Now all entries on the Treo are only synced if entred new
or if modified. But no entries that were there from the beginning.

Try this:
1. Install dbScan (attached)
2. Launch it, choose Other.
3. From the menu, Options/Remove All Deleted Records
4. Do this for both the PalmSource and PalmOne databases.
