I dropped the thing and now the letter "M" is acting as if it was pressed continuesly. Any recommendation? How could I fix it?

If you have lockline might make a claim on it. If you don't have lockline, you might consider opening it and seeing if you can free up the key ( may void your warranty).

My Caps key (the Up arrow) is funky too, and I'm not sure if it is because of me or bad design. It really screws up some other button's functions, and I feel your pain. I think I'll take mine into a Sprint store and see what they say.

Try taking it into a SPrint store and tell them the keyboard is defective. I did this 3 times with success. Their keyboard definitely has some manufacturing defects with or without you dropping it.
