will not work.. Get a general (non-specific) error message.

    Any clues as to why?

I have tried to sync to both the phone and the card... no luck

I'm having the same problem. I finally got one MP3 to load onto the SD card, but not the other 6 that I had in the quick install link via Palm Desktop.

Seems like a bug to me.

    unlocked GSM

I move mp3's to my card either via CardExport (a utility that makes your SD card look like a drive to your PC when you are hooked up via your HotSync cable) or by plugging the SD card into a card reader, and then copying whatever mp3's I want on the card. Be sure to put your mp3's in a folder named "AUDIO" on the SD card, and you should be good to go.

I decided to do it via RealPlayer. Kindof a hassle dealing with their convoluted GUI. I'll check into the CardExport.
