My touch screen is dead. The screen itself works but no response from the stylus. Did several soft resets also. No luck. Any idea what I can do. The thing is brand new. I tried to calibrate the screen again but no luck either. It does not respond to teh stylus input.

Hard Reset it before pronouncing it dead.

did you put a screen protector on? if so, take it off, try it and then put it back on
