Treo650: App to enable No-Answer Transfer, Etc?

Is there any software out there that will either:

* forward/transfer calls to a company voicemail system (DID #), when a call is not answered on a Treo650 (either by choice or in an unreachable area)
* are there *71/*72 options that'll do the same?

I don't want to forward ALL calls, just those I don't answer, and disable the SprintPCS Voicemail. Sprint Technical support can enable the no-answer-transfer feature, but they have to put it in -- and then I am charged $0.10 minute.

Does CallFilter or any other application, allow for "no answer transfer"?
