After a recent software install purchased from the palmOne store, every time I select VersaMail the TREO 650 reboots.
The new software works, but somehow I think VersaMail got corrupted.

The HotSync produces these messages:
"Error loading preferences for account 'VersaMail': An error occured while attempting to retrieve data from the device."
"Error loading preferences for account '': An error occured while attempting to retrieve data from the device."

It looks like VersaMail is list twice in the list of application:

Under INFO/SIZE one is listed at 13K and the other at 669K.

Under INFO/VERSION they both have the same version: v.3.0Ag5

Under INFO/RECORDS one is listed N/A and the other with 50 rec.
