    Hi. I am experiencing multiple resets of my Treo 650 every day. After each reset I dial #*377 and every time the message says that Goodlink is causing the resets. I am running Good version 4.0.059. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a solution?

    What carrier/network are you using? What exactly does the error message say?

    I am using an unbranded/unlocked Treo 650 with a TMobile sim. The exact message reads "A reset was caused on 3/23/05 at 12:00 pm while running Goodlink. Fatal Exception".

    T-Mobile is not officially supporting the 650, so I can't get you a direct answer right this second. Are there any other TMOB/650 users out there? My first guess would be a SIM card issue. Let me check with our TMOB team and see if I can get any feedback.
