I needed to clear up more than 11mb to get the update to start with 11.1 the updater synced but didn't run. After chopping more stuff out I managed to get to 12mb free and now it's updating.

Smooth ROM update and back up restore. Went from 10.3MB before the ROM to 15.9MB after the ROM. Now I need to test for the other tweeks this ROM was supposed to provide.

I am happy as the rest of you are that this came out. I was a bit pissed when the first couple of posts were doubting my credibility but it's over now. No grudges.

I have loaded the patch, I need to hear from you how it works as I am far (thousands of miles) from a SprintPCS CDMA tower so I can only play a bit and not make calls until I return to the states later this week. Please let me know how it goes, I am curious.

I will tell you that I was able to test a beta of the voice patch for a couple of months and you will be very happy with the difference in call quality. No more choppyness and cutting out.
