    I recently had a small (self-inflicted!) problem with an Innpocket order and I sent an email to customer support and I got a quick response and a satisfactory resolution.

    It seems that people only tend to post stories of negative experiences and the people with positive experiences don't share nearly enough, so I thought I'd buck that trend and make sure that credit was given where it was due.

    I am dealing with these folks as we speak, hope my deal ends like yours did. I WANT to be a happy satisfied customer. So far we are off to a rocky start but once I found their email address, the action seems to be picking up.
