I have the O key issue on a brand new Verizon T650 that I received just this week from P1. CS rep at P1 said I was one of many people having problems with their keyboards on newly shipped Verizon T650's. They are replacing - in 2 weeks after they get more in stock.

My problem is the T key, it responds less than half of the time, which is really annoying because it's also the no. 3 key. I guess no other solution to this than to call PalmOne and get it replaced?

I had the exact same problem, new treo cured that. its the 6 as well so prompts were hell.
