Ok, after another day (2 hours in Cingular store, 3-4 hours on phone with Cust Care & Tech Support) here was the problem with not being able to get internet. I have a feeling this will be happening a lot. When I purchased the T650 and unlimited data plan, I did not want a text messaging plan. Even with no plan however, Cingular must configure a "pay per use" setting for you, or guess what.... no internet. If you can't get a knoweldgable rep in the store to do this for you, you need to call the Cust Care number and insist on going directly to their new "Product Management" dept, who spend all of 2 minutes fixing for you.
