Has anyone gotten this combination to work successfully? Every time I hit "Try Demo" my 650 resets itself. When I check the error, it says fatal exception. I would appreciate any help.

That's funny, the exact opposite happened to me. I have a paid for copy, but when I loaded it on the 650 it kept on resetting when I tried to add the registration numbers. When I hit the evaluation button it worked. I just tried it now and when it starts to load I get a soft reset. However, I've added some programs since I've last used Zagat's and I the trial part has expired. I will try to reload it from scratch and see what happens.

Here is the official information from ZAGAT TO GO Customer Service:

I am very sorry to inform you that although our software engineers addressed the compatibility problems that existed previously with ZAGAT TO GO and the PalmOne Treo 650 devices we are in receipt of recent reports of additional and persistent problems. Our software engineers are currently reviewing the problem reports and will continue to research the feasibility of a fix or patch.

In order to help resolve the current problems and help you continue to access ZAGAT TO GO we would like to make the following suggestions:

I also had problems with ZTG2005 crashing my Treo 650.

When I emailed Zagat support, I received the same set of instructions as posted by ZTG Guy, followed them, requested a new activation code, and ZTG2004 now seems to work okay.

Question: can ZTG2004 read city guides that are installed on the SD card? -- I seem to remember that ZTG2005 could do that, but maybe I'm wrong....
