I'm afraid to delete something from the onboard Treo 650 files for fear I will really mess something up. Maybe you could suggest files that you don't use that can be safely deleted without causing problems (If you could list the names of the files as they are found in the Application delete section it would help not to delete the wrong files.)

I have a Treo 600, so I don't know what files you might be able to delete from RAM. However, if you are using your Treo to access e-mail you should get a copy of SnapperMail Premiere or Enterprise. It will allow you to archive messages to an SD card. This will keep the mail store in RAM small while still giving you access to all of your mail.
