    Is it possible to create templates in the address book? I'd like to enter a lot of people with the same general information (i.e. company, location, phone number) but find it repetitive to do so without some sort of template. I feel like I've heard that this is possible, somewhere, but now can't seem to find the information or figure it out.

    I would put the list together in excell or something else that lets you save as delimited text (or just a tab-delimited text file for that matter). Use the copy features of that program for your repeating stuff, then import into the desktop software. Works very well, esp. if someone else has created the spreadsheet!
