    MY SD card is Lexar 1GIG (32x i think)

    If the programs like blazer, verichat, zlauncher, will slow down if ran from SD, then I don't want to move.

    Can I move ANY of the above files to the memory card?

    There is a utility to move DTG prcs to the card. Look under the support section at Dataviz, or search for Dataviz utility here.

    You can set up WinHand to dump its cache on exit and that will save you around 2.2meg or so...

    A lot of the programs you have listed are in ROM, so you can't mess with them unless you are willing to do a custom ROM, even then that won't get you where you are wanting to go.
