About a month ago I started receiving a message saying the SprintPCS server couln't authenticate my username aand password when I tried to send emails. I had been using smtp.sprintpcs.com as my outgoing mail server. I called Sprint and they reset the password and username, but that did not work. Since I was going on vacation I did not worry about the problem. Now I'm back at work and this presents a major issue for me. I currently use the free Eudora email client, but I am planning to upgrade to SnapperMail as soon as this problem is resolved.
