    Hey dudes

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I've been reading the forums for quite awhile now and I really appreciate all of the helpful comments I get from here ----- you guys are all BEYOND what Sprint offers for tech support

    with that said -

    My Treo 650 is not connected as a cell phone, nor is it connected to Sprint Vision

    I have a Treo 600 (and owned a Treo 300 too) and I figured that if i restored the WIRELESS and NETWORK .prc's, then the 650 would copy my configurations and the phone would go online

    was I wrong?

    If so, how do I get the 650 connected to Sprint service and Vision?

    On a side note, I've had a lot of trouble syncing...... as of now, through Missing Sync, I've finally gotten stable syncs to go through....... however, the BlueTooth syncing can sometimes take anywhere from 15 to 30 mins...... is my Treo 650 defective? Or is this all expected?

    You can't do it on your own like that. You have to call Sprint in order to activate. Either call their 1-800 number from your home phone, or try using *2 from your new phone. Good luck.
