    On my office PC, I periodically get a message in Palm desktop that says "Encountered error switching to the new user" when attempting to do a search in Contacts or thereafter when synching. I need to close and restart Palm Desktop to correct.

    I synch on three computers--mine at home, mine at the office and my assistant's. No problems on any of them but that particular one. I did the same install from the CD-ROM that came with the 600 on all three. Problem started after a while; had been working fine.

    Any ideas?
