How do you enter a 0 for automated phone numbers that want you to enter a series of digits? I'm running keycaps & it doesn't work

Both of these solutions work for entering a 0 either as text or when dialing a phone number. But neither works for entering digits when there's a computer on the other end of the line - like when you need to enter the digits of an account number to get a balance or a social security number for ID purposes - the dial tone conversion must not be a standard 0.

Have you tried the dialpad screen or whatever its named ie by using the stylus instead of keyboard. I've only got a 270 myself but have noticed that dialing with the stylus always seems to work, atleast overe here.
