    My office computer has been upgraded with Windows XP Professional as the operating system but Microsoft Outlook 2000 remains. Now when I hotsync, none of my Outlook infor (Calendar or Contacts) transfers over to my Treo and when I push the Caelendar function key, the Treo resets.

    Before, when Windows NT was the operating system, everything worked fine.

    Has anyone had siimilar experiences for wich they can suggest a fix?

    There are a couple of patches on that fixes the HotSync issues with Outlook and the unit itself. Check it out, they're free along with some other updates pertaining to the USB connection.
