    I upgraded from the 300 to the 600. Installed the software and all went well. Got to the hotsync for the first time and it times out and says that it can't make a connection with the desktop. I spent 2 hours on the phone with SprintPCS tech support and we tried everything. They decided the phone was bad. I took it to work and it hotsynced just fine. Any ideas of what I can try to get it to work with the laptop at home. I'm stumped. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and changed settings, but no go.
