Does anyone know of a good spell check app that will work from within snapper mail?

You might try an application called "spellcheck 1.5"

I have snappermail and spellcheck works reasonably well for me. One caveat is that to use it (stylus free) within snappermail you need to go to menu -> edit -> keyboard. Once you hit "keyboard" spellcheck will activiate.

BTW. You can activate it from a new email if you are using Graffiti Anywhere. Just do a slash from the bottom left to the top right when its active and you can click on the abc at the bottom right to run a spell check.
