    My wife and I both have TREO 300's. She can't call my office from her treo. She received a message, "sorry call cannot go through".

    When I try this it works fine. I had her contact Sprint and it didnt' work for them either.

    Any ideas why this would happen?

    Did she check off a box in preferences about automatically adding the area code, or to always add a "1" before a number in the dialing preferences? Does she have "dial extra digits automatically" checked off for your office number on one of the speed dial pages?

    All I can think of.
